RULES FOR USE OF CERTIFICATION LOGO

Terms & Conditions For Use of USCA Certifications

Use of the USCA Certifications Logo/ Certification Mark is subject to the conditions detailed below:

1. USCA Certifications logo mark has to be used along with certificate number, put just below the mark covering space not broader than the mark, and as such it can be used only by those organizations, which possess a valid certificate of registration, issued by USCA Certifications in their name.
2. Use of logo is restricted to correspondence, advertisement, and promotional material that is directly applicable to the scope of Certification / registration as shown on the certificate.
3. The USCA Certifications logo can be used in black and white color, but if multi color is used the colors/ shade should be in accordance with Color and shades shown in USCA Certifications mark or logo printed on page 2 of this document.
4. The USCA Certifications logo may be enlarged or reduced aesthetically depending upon space available, for example on boards or hoardings logo size can be enlarged , while on letter heads or stationeries, or visiting cards logo size can be appropriately reduced.
5. The USCA Certifications logo should not be used in such manner as to allude that the product or service has been certified by the USCA Certifications. It is only the management system that has been certified.
6. The certification mark/ logo shall not be put on product or product packaging without carrying narration denoting that the organization is certified.
7. If violated, USCA Certifications reserves the right to revoke/ suspend/ withdraw the registration certificate until the infringement has been nullified. Legal action will be taken under section 406 IPC which is breach of contract/trust and carries a punishment of imprisonment for 3 years, or appropriate financial penalty or both.
8. USCA Certifications logo is covered under the trademark act 1999, Unauthorized use of mark is punishable under section 23 (2) rule 62 (!)

We hereby agree that, we have read and understood all of the above terms and conditions under which USCA Certifications mark of certification/ logo can be used by us during the validity period of the certificate issued to us by the USCA Certifications.

We undertake to abide by all of the above conditions for the use of USCA Certifications mark and if violated, USCA Certifications Private Limited (USCA Certifications) reserves the right to revoke/ suspend/ withdraw the registration certificate, and may initiate action under section 406 for breach of contract/trust.
